Donjeta Morina is a gender specialist from Kosovo. She has an M.A degree from the Central European University in International Relations and European Studies. Donjeta possesses seven years work experience in Gender Analyses, Gender Mainstreaming, and Gender Responsive Budgeting. Among others, Donjeta has published 13 peer-reviewed policy reports on gender in/equality and trained over 200 public officials on gender mainstreaming and gender responsive budgeting.  Donjeta has worked within the non-profit sector in Kosovo with the Kosovo Women’s Network and the Kosovo Institute for Policy Research and Development, as well as international organizations such as UNDP and UN Women. She has four years’ experience in offering consultancy services to local and international companies and organizations.
