More than 30 years working in the field of development and development cooperation, as diplomat, program officer and regional representative, both with the Swedish government (Sida and Ministry for Foreign Affairs), three civil society organisations (of them a network) and as an activist. 40+ evaluations and studies related to human rights, democracy and conflict management, civil society capacity building and with a human rights based approach. Recently studying and using research methods in social sciences.
