Sida has awarded NCG three new framework agreements (FWAs) for the period 2019-2021:

Result-Based Management, including Adaptive Management, is a new framework agreement to support Sida and its partners in the development and implementation of methods and routines for planning and monitoring including guidance on monitoring practices, facilitation of understanding of theory of change and formulating objectives, and coaching for the change organisational culture. NCG Sweden will provide ten RBM experts. 

Democracy and Human Rights is a framework agreement covering support and advisory services to Sida in the fields of democratisation, threats against democracy, human rights-based approach, public institutions & administration plus rule of law. The FWA includes work in all parts of the world where Sweden is engaged. NCG Denmark is lead with NCG Sweden as a partner together with Trotamundos (Professor Fredrik Uggla, Stockholm University) and Triple Line Consulting Limited (based in London).

Evaluations is a framework agreement covering management and implementation of all types of evaluations (summative, formative; for accountability, for learning etc.). Evaluation objects may be projects, programmes, strategies, policies, methods and also part of the “results chain” considered (process, output, outcome or impact); timing (mid-term, end-term, ex-post etc.); and approach (quantitative, qualitative, mixed methods etc.). NCG Denmark is lead in partnership with NCG Sweden and Triple Line Consulting Limited. A total of 15 evaluation experts constitute the core evaluation team.
