NCG, in cooperation with lead company Cowater Sweden (formerly FCG Sweden), is supporting four very active Swedish authorities in their internal development cooperation. This is being done under the Sida framework agreement on Capacity Building of Swedish Authorities.

The authorities currently benefiting from the framework services are the Swedish Tax Authority, Swedish Environmental Protection Agency, Swedish Land Authority, and the Swedish Contingency Agency. They are the experts in their fields and we support them in doing what they do best – also outside of Sweden!

We are very happy about the framework and have organised interesting discussions and workshops with stakeholders, provided Results Based Management (RBM) and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) coaching sessions, developed method input and material for proposals, and delivered trainings on RBM, MEL, as well as the integration of the perspectives guiding Sida’s development cooperation work (poverty, human rights-based approach, gender equality, environment/climate change, peace/conflict and anti-corruption).

Since the framework start-up in 2023, we have been involved in more than 30 short-term assignments across the globe. The expert team is led by NCG partner Anja Taarup Nordlund.
