NCG’s senior evaluator Jocke Nyberg is the team leader in a Sida–evaluation of Sweden’s support to the Albanian State Police and Ministry of Interior. It is a capacity building project which includes strengthening community policing support, strategic management and the combat of domestic violence. The project also provides grants to civil society organizations in Albania. Team members are Kåre Eriksson, senior police capacity building expert and Ani Plaku, senior gender expert.
The evaluation is carried out within Sida’s evaluation framework agreement.
