On April 26 and 28, NCG conducted a training in Project Management in line with Results-Based Management and Theory of Change for a group of participants at the International Training Programme (ITP) in gender statistics. The training is implemented by Statistics Sweden.
NCG’s Suzana Zivkovic and Maria Holmqvist coached participants from Cambodia, Ethiopia, Liberia, Myanmar and Zambia at individual level. They also introduced them to the Results-Based Management method and Theory of Change as effective project management approaches and tools. The expected results of the training are a stronger emphasis on change projects, Theory of Change and institutional/organisational development, with a gender perspective.
