Starting in September 2018, NCG will conduct a Mid-term review of a project aimed at strengthen national and municipal capacity to promote territorial peace in Colombia. The project, Fortalecimiento Institucional y Ciudadano para el Desarollo Territorial (FOINCIDE), started in April of 2016 and is implemented by SKL International in co-operation with the National Planning Department (DNP) of Colombia. The main purpose of review is to summarise and reinforce the learnings from two years of project implementation, focused on national policy for participation in local administration. NCG’s Jocke Nyberg conducts the assignment and will visit the four pilot municipalities in four Colombian departments.
