NCG Sweden’s Jocke Nyberg is the team leader for a large sector evaluation of the European Union’s support to Transitional Justice for the years 2014-2018. The geographical scope is global, covering ten countries in Africa, Middle East and Latin America. Projects and programmes have been implemented by a wide range of multilateral and bilateral EU partners within the cooperation tool “Instrument contributing to Stability and Peace (IcSP)”. It is the EU’s main mechanism supporting security initiatives and peace-building activities in partner countries. NCG is working within the Framework Contract for the implementation of the EU’s External Aid on Human Rights, Democracy and Peace. The evaluation will be carried out during autumn 2019.
