NCG assisted the Regional Cooperation Project in South-East Europe (Balkan region) to provide input for the design of the fourth and final project phase according to the Results-Based Management (RBM) model for the Regional Cooperation Project working with networking and capacity development activities in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia.
A RBM workshop, facilitated by Suzana Zivkovic and Maria Holmqvist of NCG, took place in Montenegro between the 9 and 12 of May with participants from these countries for setting a detailed matrix of the Regional project with respect to the RBM approach, including a Theory of Change and gender equality integration. The process was then supported, through coaching, during the time the responsible team develop the documents required for submitting to Sida.
