PERLA GABAY

NCG is happy to welcome Perla Gabay as our intern for the spring semester 2024!

Perla has a bachelor’s degree in Development Studies from Lund University, with a specialisation in Sociology. She has a profound interest in gender equality, particularly within the areas of educational and political empowerment. Perla believes that an internship at NCG will yield her practical experience, by challenging her theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios which is crucial in understanding the complexities of gender-related issues in different contexts. With a global background, coupled with experiences in different countries, Perla is determined to expand her multicultural perspective and gain a deeper understanding of the environmental, social, cultural, economic and political challenges in development. In the future, Perla would like to enhance her knowledge of gender-related issues in civil society, the state and the private sector in the context of Sustainability.
