Theory and practice of international law of human rights, including the rights of the child and women’s human rights; Research methods and their application in evaluation and studies; Result Based Management (RBM) as a strategy for management and planning, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E); M&E theories and practice; Human Rights Based Approach (HRBA); Team leading and coaching (TL in 20+ evaluations); Quality Assurance (QA) methods; Empowerment theories.

 

Sector experience
More than 30 years working in the field of democracy, all categories of human rights, peace building, organisational strengthening, political analysis, planning, monitoring and evaluation methods, with experience as consultant, diplomat, program officer and regional representative, with the Swedish government (Sida and Ministry for Foreign Affairs) and three civil society organisations (one of them a network).
