EU support for gender mainstreaming of IPA projects 2014 in Kosovo

The global objective of this assignment is to ensure effective gender mainstreaming of the IPA 2014 Annual Programme for Kosovo. Needs and situation analysis, reviewing Country Strategy papers and IPA fiches. Design and carry out training of EU Office, Ministry of European Integration and Line Ministries in gender mainstreaming per sector. There will also be coaching and a help desk for formulating the IPA projects with Gender focus and in all other projects with a gender component.
