NCG Sweden provides a social expert to the Alat/Karakul water rehabilitation investment by the Uzbek Government, with a loan from the World Bank. Work include support in developing communication strategy, including customer outreach and awareness campaign to the public. Customer satisfaction is measured on a yearly basis by the consultant and a qualitative gender survey will be developed to support teh business strategy of the Bukhara water company.
