Advisory services are offered within a range of sectors and areas, but with main focus upon gender, environment, finance and infrastructure. The NCG team and close external associated partners offers advisory services and coaching of our client in different forms:

This includes undertaking feasibility studies, coach project and program formulation, undertake appraisals and monitoring, and undertake evaluation.

We coach in management methods and in the adaptation of market oriented solutions to operational activities (e.g. the use of private sector operators, equal opportunity solutions), stakeholder participation methodologies, funding arrangements, and financial management systems and routines.
