Swedfund is a Swedish development finance institution which has taken fast and important steps in recent years to protect/prevent against SEASH in their investments. NCG supports the cooperation between Kvinna till Kvinna and Swedfund in the development of a fund management guideline on how to counter SEASH. During the process, we are also engaged in awareness raising for and with Swedfund staff and with selected fund managers. As a result of this cooperation, we aim to see an increase in awareness and internal competence on SEASH in Swedfund, leading to strengthened practices in how Swedfund works proactively with SEASH, gender equality and equal opportunities.
The work has been ongoing since March 2022 and is expected to be concluded with a final product in spring 2023
