NCG would like to share a tool to assess organisational capacity to mainstream (e.g. projects), which we developed in 2014 and which has evolved since then. We have found that many projects lack mainstreaming, not because of lack of will, rather due to lack of organisational capacity in the subject matter (such as gender equality). This tool helps organisations or you who support organisations to understand what challenges and needs the organisation face in mainstreaming and where it might pay off to invest in organisational improvements.
