NCG’s Ulf Färnsveden is team leader for a project providing technical assistance to the gender equality agenda in Albania, within the process of accession to the European Union. The project is implemented by the consultancy company GFA Germany. The team consists of four people.
The objective of this two–year project is to support the gender equality agenda by enhancing institutional support at central and local level in Albania by promoting a joint platform to boost actions on gender equality priorities. Albanian counterparts are the national authorities for gender equality – the Deputy Prime Ministers Office, and the Ministry of Health and Social Protection.
