NCG Sweden has successfully won new framework agreements with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Last month, we were awarded three contracts within the Gender and Economic Inclusion Technical Assistance Framework with EBRD for the following three pillars:
- Pillar 1: Access to Skills and Employment – with priorities on broadening access to skills, employment and sustainable livelihoods
- Pillar 2: Access to Finance and Entrepreneurship – with priorities on building inclusive and gender-responsive financial systems and business environments
- Pillar 3: Access to Services – with priorities on creating inclusive and gender-responsive services and public goods
Assignments under the three pillars aim at creating impact on three levels: market, company and individual – each with their specific objectives and strategies/approaches. Through the framework, NCG and our consultants will work to reduce inclusion gaps and promote equality of opportunities for all. For each pillar, NCG presents a pool of eight experts with a long and diverse track record in providing consultancy services on gender equality, equal opportunities, stakeholder engagement and capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, content development and communication.
The framework contracts are in effect until August 2023, and we are awaiting the first call for proposal and the opportunity to engage our eager experts.
