During spring 2019, NCG (Anna Lidström and Maria Holmqvist) has supported ActionAid Sweden with drafting a strategic plan for the international programme department.
The work has facilitated a further concretisation of programme goals and priorities in countries and thematic areas. It has looked into principles for partnerships and ActionAid Sweden’s added value, as well as gender specific programming and MEL (monitoring, evaluation and learning). The support has also involved issues such as resources and resource mobilisation. The work is anticipated to continue during the second half of the year.
