On behalf of Sida, Nordic Consulting Group is carrying out a major study mapping global actors working within the area of gender-based violence. These actors are organisations, funds, institutions, networks and others working to prevent, reduce and sanction practices of domestic and sexual violence, trafficking and exploitation of persons in prostitution. Included in the study are harmful practices like child, early and forced marriage, honour-related violence and oppression, and female genital mutilation.
One objective for the study is to provide an analysis of the organisations’ comparative advantages and strengths.
