NCG is engaged in an new EBRD-funded equal opportunities initiative in Turkey. This is an important pilot project supporting two companies in the electricity sector. The objective is to assist the companies to improve their human resources policies and practices, focusing in particular on equal opportunities. EBRD is the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
