NCG is finalising a capacity needs assessment support to SKL International and CEDEL, the Cuban counterpart to The Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SALAR – SKL in Swedish). The support is for the start–up project aimed at strengthening capacities in 22 municipalities in two provinces in Cuba. Besides a qualitative assessment, the work will result in survey and monitoring tools to support learning throughout the project’s life.
