NCG Sweden is wrapping up a long term-support to Tofaş car manufacturing in Bursa in Turkey, a company with 9.000 workers. The company has with impressive speed achieved on the ground changes in female recruitment of workers as well as middle managers, initiated changes in policies and procedures and has made a range of practical adjustments to having both female and male workers (from facilities to uniforms and transportation routes of workers). We are proud to have been part of this process.
